How aggressive do you think the Serpae tetra is?

From my experience with Serpae tetras, they are pretty peaceful. However, Serpae tetras can turn aggressive when they see their tank mate moving very slowly and will bite their fins.

Serpae Tetra is a freshwater fish in the Characidae family. This small fish prefers temperatures of 72°F to 79°F, pH of 5 to 7.8, and water hardness of 5 to 25 dGH.
